How long have you been in business?
We have been in the industry for about 37 Years.

Are you licensed and Insured?
Yes, we are licensed and insured in seven counties/building departments.

Do you help with financing?
Yes, we have outstanding relationships with banks to help with your financing needs. If you would like to use another bank, we will work with a bank of your choice as well.

What Counties do you work in?
We are licensed and insured in Teller County, El Paso County, the City of Woodland Park, Park County, Fremont County, the City of Castle Rock, and Douglas County. If you are interested in building in another county or city, we can receive our license with ease.

Whats the biggest difference between a semi custom home and a custom home?
Custom homes are classified as completely new homes, from design. This means that you will work with an architect to design a home entirely of its own. A semi-custom home means choosing from a variety of our popular floor plans to build from.

Do you build commercial properties?
Yes, we build both residential and commercial.

What the smallest size and largest size home you will build?
We will build any home. No size is too small or large.

Do you build log homes?
No, we do not build log homes, although all of our homes include timber and wood work, as well as beam details.

Do I need to own land before I begin working with you?
No, we have outstanding relationships with real estate agents that can find the property best suited for your needs.

Can I use my own architect?
Yes, although we like to be in contact with them from the start to guide the process.

How long does a custom home usually take to build?
It is highly dependent on the size of home and intricacies of the home.

Do you have any finished homes for sale?
Please call for finished/spec home availability.

What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. This includes a 2 year warranty on all craftsmanship and a 10 years warranty on all structural elements.

I live out of state. Will you still work with me?
Yes. We frequently work with out of state homeowners.

Do you have vendors that you can recommend to me for my features & appliances?
Yes. We have a highly curated vendor pick list filled with vendors we have worked with for years.

How do you keep customers posted on project updates?
Communication is paramount for us. Whether out of state or local, we work hard to keep homeowners informed of all aspects of their job from start to finish.
